Instrument 7 seems out of place in order 1,3 etc. Perhaps a smoother sounding instrument would better fit this. Well panning, the melody in surround sound works well to emphasise it but remember this does not work well on all cards. At the end of the earlier patterns the melody seems to wander aimlessly. The notes should go in a more focused direction. This is about what I would expect for a verteran entry, no glaring problems and plenty of technical expertiese. Ho hum.

I like what you've started here with the intro. It seems to me some of the quick tempo changes (in order to get the piano gliss) aren't in time with the song, making it jump just a tad bit behind. This also occurs at the end of some patterns when you do a quick slowdown, and then jump back up to the normal tempo. I like the time change you did, but in that section I might suggest having some open hihats as well as the closed hihats to give it a more "full" feeling. To me, it seems like you might have repeated that last chorus section one too many times; try varying it. The fadeout was nice. Overall, it was a nice piano ballad, I'd work some on the tempo problems that make it seem awkward.

Nice orchestral piece. However, the samples used sounded a bit artificial. You need to sample better samples, because samples are quite possibly the most important part of music. You're letting bad samples overshadowing your genius. After all, you clearly know how to track with these instruments. So, overall, good job - you made an enjoyable song - your tracking skill is definitely veteran. But, bad samples kinda ruin it - making it sound rookie.

*File Specs* [Additional vote] ... [Filename]m6v-drm.it [Title]Dream [General comment]Ouch, finetuning:that is the thing you use to tune samples in a certain frequency range and i noticed it looks like you never heard of that definition because your piano's are false and your lead instruments are way out of tune. This brings down the spectator's intrest for the whole concept because it is annoying and you humiliate yourself by releasing such creation without checking it thoroughly. Your overall repetoire is nicer than it expresses itself, if you work more on the finetuning aspects i think you have a more worthfull song to download and listen to than the shape you dumped it into the MC6 entry devision. Oh, by the way, if you need NNA settings:use them or use manual extra tracks to devide strings and horn-instruments in a way they can fade more naturally like you did with the pianos, piano emulation is good in opposite to your horn-section and string section!

Dream a little dream. Very nice, peaceful intro. The only thing that I notice so far is that the piano was a little out of tune. Cello solo. Excellent idea. Take the cello note one step further and use some sample offsets to to keep the cello from sounding abrasive and a little more on the smooth side, but without cutting it totally off in the introduction. The percussion work is very well done throughout the song. All of the elements put together with a nice progression makes for a great song. The out of tune samples hurt the song, however. The running theme throughout works very well.
