Very original, with a big twist. Surprise beginning already catches much attention. Reminds me of the music of those Commodore computer games. Some very nifty effects, eg. channel 14, volume slides, note cuts producing stuttering effects. An explosive climax in the middle. Not only are all the samples are of high quality and used very effectively, but they are fitted together for suit the particular style.

The song is totally electronic synthesizer style and very confusing. This song could be ripped from a hardcore demo or video clip. But it is lacking a real main part. The music progresses all the time and never seems to stop. Technically well done.

I must say that i've got problems with this kind of music. It sounds like horrible synthstuff from the 80's. The rhythm, melody and mood. It's got a sharp, buzzy overall sound and i might miss a point here, but honestly, this is nothing i could enjoy.Technically good or not. The first sample reminds me of the first metal-mods i found, containing disgusting guitarsamples. They sound awful when played out of range.I don't know if this is one of them, but it sure sounds like that. Sample 11 is also one i can't stand. The samples 30 and 31 could have been skipped,by using sample 32 with the offset command instead. This seems like nit-picking,but my point is that there's a feeling of laziness all over this piece. The use of drumloops should have been avoided in this contest. I also feel that there's too many channels. With a little effort they could have been reduced.6 channels for percussion in pattern order 9? And playing something on the first 8 (or so) rows, fading it out and opening a new channel for something else, when it could have been put into the remains of the first channel,is not what i expect from a veteran composer.

Science fiction spectacular, very nice effects and over all nice song (er soundtrack/game music?). Pretty good samples, with effective panning and volume (and of course the effects). Though, the clap is blaring and kinda gets annoying after awhile and you left all the channles open. Nice transitions, however could have added a bit more verity into the song.

Not bad but could have used the samples more effective. The paterns were well done.
