This is a very average song. There appears to be a large number of chip samples which sound OK, but come on - the size limit was 1 MB, you are competing with songs that used the full size allowed, and you have seriously shot yourself in the foot by using such small samples. As it is it is quite a simple piece musically, and does get rather repetitive - it stays in the same key for the entire duration - the form mark is not great. It definately needs more variety, and if you are going to insist on using these samples, the variety has to come from musical movement, which this song lacks. The chord progression is not bad, but it is too repetitive. Technically, the song isn't bad, with a good use of envelopes, although echos could have been used better. However, as the song is so simple it doesn't have a lot of room to "show off" the technical skill. The song is not too original. I've heard quite a few pieces of this style and many have been done much better than this. The progression is unoriginal, and the whole thing sounds a bit tired - it needs more effort and more imagination. It seems like the composer said "I know, I'll try and make my song really small", but forgot about the musical aspect and forgot to be imaginative. Not a good thing.

A nice, simple, dare I say catchy melody throughout. Various accompaniments are brought in to play with it. It’s a simple song but I like it. My favorite of the veterans I reviewed and definitely top 15 of the veterans I have listened to.

The intro is of the ordinary. Nothing striking about having an instrument following simple chords, and simple progressions. But I particuliarly liked the mood the song created as a whole. It feels very empty, which strongly reinforce the theme. The song is simple and straight forward. The way I understood the song, this also reinforce the main theme of 'infinite universe'. Usually I puke right after listening to a song which has a 'fade-out' ending. I found this just to boring, and I sounds as if the composed was out of ideas on how to finish his thoughts. But the way it is used in your song to represent the 'infinity' as very clever. If I truely understood the way you music is meant to be, then it's a real piece of work.

Not so good samples for a melancholic GOOD tune. Better samples could have made it sound real. The apocalyptic feeling well builds itself along the tune. The tracker is probably a skilled one, shame some little things ruin the atmosphere.

Werd! Another chip tune! Maybe it isn't the end of the world after all :-) And it is a really sweet mellow tune, which SADLY fades out and stops waaaayyy tooo early :-( Come on, I hope your only excuse is lack of time, because this track is begging to be continued and nurtured and allowed to flow to it's natural end... wherever that is =] Get of your lazy butt and finish it and SEND IT TO ME :) Oh, I sometimes thought that you should have used some slides here and there to slide into next note.
