One thing I noticed in this song, is it seemed that the parts didn't really fit together well. Sort of like one instrument was doing one thing regardless of what the other parts are doing. You had some good ideas in here though. The introduction sounded a little... wierd. I couldn't get any musical statement out of it untill the rest of the parts came in. It seemed almost accidental. The ending could have used some improvement. Also, try and be a little more creative/ less repeatative in chord progressions. I only heard 2 chords until another section in the song, about 2/3 of the way through. The riffs could use a little more work, however the song was fairly well done. One trick you might want to learn, in order to make a very good peice of music... "Make all your parts sound good alone, but make them sound good together." This might be tricky, but it is worth it. Listen to all the parts in your song individually... you will look at your song differently.

nice samples here... all good quality, uh, for rezzo chips :) yes, the drums are good too, actually they sound like a real set... except for the playing style, dunno, drums are hard to play hihats like that. you missed a cloned drum channel on some of the snare hits... don't know if you did that on purpose or not, but it kinda sounds bad... pretty nice groove going in the bassline, i like the chords floating around, and the use of the rezzo harmony in the background once in a while is perfect. musically it was nice, but it didn't seem to have a driving point, it was just a groove going along, but it -tried- to crecendo to a high point along the line... it would have been a bit cooler if it had started out soft like it did then grew and exploded at the end, or had a really radically different turnaround in the middle somewhere... also along the same line, think about volume and be sure to try to, as so many of us, including me, tend to forget, try to think about volume, remember that it doesn't always have to play the sample at the same volume. use soft spots and loud spots with both volumes and layering, with more instruments or less instruments... other than that it was a rather nice groove that had my head bopping along...

Well, what to say ? Nearly perfect. You sure now how to compose multi-channels music do you ? Congratulations. All is there. Good samples (various & good quality), various effects, smart transitions. Maybe you should have composed more "lyrics" at the end of your song (pattern 86) it's a bit too rythmy (we only hear drums), i mean there are no more leading such as the ones beginning at pattern 18. The volume of samples 18 to 22 is too slow. We nearly don't hear them during the song.

This song shows excellent tracking technique. The orchestration is generally very good throughout the song and is nicely balanced with good samples and panning. The drum work is good, and works very well with the bass line in places. However the tunes seem to wonder a bit and don't really develop the initial musical idea. Despite the good transitions at orders 26 and 50, I find that the song doesn't really maintain my interest with the chord progression becoming somewhat monotonous. There is something missing here.. it's like a good story that doesn't have a hero. However the song is skillfully tracked and has a good sound overall.

Werd, I like this tune quite a lot. About the only thing I can fault about it is that the background strings could have been used more efficiently, they had a tendency to sound too samey all the way through, don't be afraid of throwing in a little bit of variety to catch the listener off guard :) Apart from that, nice samples, nice tracking, nice song, and I liked the drum track :) Good work!
