When I listened Your song I said - damn, it's an unfinished tune, why? You just quickly made it before the deadline, or...? The melody is very nice, touching my heart, the instruments You chosed fit to the idea well. However, that You couldn't complete it is very obvisious, the accompaniment is rather simple, just a few string chords, so next time You have to start tracking earlier! And why those 115 virtual channels? ...very heavy NNA use, this is a technical flaw. You see I can't give You so much points, and just because You had not finished this nice song.

This is a nice piece of music. Melodies and counter melodies flow well together, and there is good use of dynamics. The progression is good, and the samples clear. There is little to much repeatition in the tune, but does not make it boring. I found the lack of an 'end' on the tune a problem, as that is an important part of any tune. The mood the tune sets is well done, as it does have to distinct parts, and each has it's own separate mood. On the whole a good job.

A good quality sample set has been used here. There is a slight feeling of loss of time when the beat is not present but other than this the instruments harmonize well together and complement each other. The tune flows along nicely but more could have been made of this track. There were not enough ideas injected here, just one main theme that was not built on or allowed to progress further. The orchestral beat complements the rest of the song in just the right amount, adding both effect and the rhythmical timing that is needed. Break at 12 could have been smoother in transition, and also loses the feel of the song somewhat dragging slightly, possibly if this break was shorter it would work better. The track loops flawlessly which is and is not a good thing. A definite ending possibly would have been more preferable for this style of track, but then again. In all fairly well tracked and balanced and contains a great deal of potential, but would benefit from a little more originality and harmonic variations.

I always find something magic in rennasance (sp) tunes like this. Very interesting and playful tune. The one thing about this song that makes gives it strength and weakness is it simplicity. What I mean by that is, becasue it is simple, it has a playful feel to it. It's fun, aswell as interesting, to listen to. Had it been overly complex, I may not have said that. Because of its' simpilicity, however, it is not the most challenging tune to make. You made a chord progession, and a flute dity with some strings and timpani. The aspects of really old-skewl (rennasance :) music. On the good side, however, it was thought out, it did contain two different styles and you linked them together well. So, it does have a nice flow. Similar, perhaps to a story. Stories that have a happy, climax, evil, happy type of flow. The only thing as far as samples that I didn't like was the 'twnag' the adjoined the flute during the happy flute/strings/drum section. It didn't sound bad, but was kind of dry and without depth. All in all a very interesting tune - I don't hear many tracked tunes, or many tunes period, depicting this style. So it has a fairly origonal (old :) sound. Excellent, Groovified Job!

This is something like a fusion of orchestral film soundtrack and medieval folk music. The fusion works, but the folk part could be more visible here. Instruments could be modeled much better. Especially those you use to do leads. Use some volume changes and note-offs and so on to make it sound more natural. The flute sounds more like cheap organ than a real flute. If you like this kind of music, familiarize yourself with some real folk music. I do like this tune, but it's not massive and dynamically variant enough to be soundtrack material. It also fails to capture the folk music mood because of the contemporary chording and phrasing.

In ITv2.14.3, this piece reported an out-of-GUS-memory error with 1MB onboard RAM - how strange. It has a nice mood setting, but it seems the artist really didn't put much time into it. It only has three basically different patterns, and loops after a short while anyway.

Probably the best orchestral tune in MC6, out of the ones that I've heard. Finally, somebody has made a decent song in the 3/4 time signature! It's a bit too quiet, however. Orders 12 to 19 inclusive are a bit boring. And the ending needs a pause so it doesn't immediately start looping back to the beginning of the song (the listeners do need a sense of closure, you know). Apart from that, good song!

Rather short orchestral piece. The song is well named and has a medieval ring to it.Samples work well together, though they get a bit boring after a while. Needs to have more variation in orchestration. The change in pattern 12 sounds too sudden and doesn't really match the first half of the tune, almost as though this was a co-op. Instead of repeating the chorus over and over, try continuing the feel and rhythm with different chord progressions, and perhaps then use a break/bridge and then return to the main theme. Use of NNAs set to Fade or Note Off with a volume envelope seemed rather excessive. The volume envelopes could have faded out earlier. Between 40-50 virtual channels were used and instrument 6 (Strings) was the biggest channel eater. Try to work on making channel usage more efficient with chord instruemnts. Last two patterns which was the repeat to the chorus was quiet. The volume was faded in the second part of the tune and thus affected the chorus creating an un-even volume throughout the tune. The panning is quite good and the use of volume layering is good too.

Sounds nice. But is too boring. The melody is not changing enough needs more variations and changes.
